Vortic Watch Company is a respected luxury watch brand specializing in crafting bespoke, handcrafted timepieces, passionately preserving American watchmaking heritage. We have recently expanded our horizons by launching a new brand, Colorado Watch Company, which produces modern, automatic wristwatches on a larger scale. Our unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and storytelling sets us apart in the watch industry. To further enhance our visual identity and marketing efforts, we are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to support our team.
We are in search of an exceptionally creative Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team on diverse design projects for both Vortic Watch Company and Colorado Watch Company. As a Contract Graphic Designer, you will have a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of two dynamic brands. Your role will involve developing standardized brand guidelines that bridge both brands seamlessly and creating captivating visual assets that resonate with our brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to establish and maintain brand guidelines that create a cohesive and complementary visual identity for Vortic Watch Company and Colorado Watch Company.
- Lead the design of brand logos, icons, and supplementary identifiers, ensuring they capture the essence and heritage of our brand.
- Create visually striking and brand-consistent design materials for various digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, packaging, and more.
- Design and optimize digital assets, such as website graphics, email templates, and online advertisements, to elevate the online presence of both brands.
- Contribute creative input and design solutions to the development of marketing campaigns for Vortic Watch Company and Colorado Watch Company.
- Design branded clothing lines that reflect the unique character of each brand.
- Assist in the creation of trade show marketing products and booth designs.
- Develop advertising assets that align with the distinct personalities of both brands.
- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting your design expertise and creative prowess.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Competence in creating digital assets and graphics for websites and social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proficient at working independently in a remote work setting.
