Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Experience in customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Administrative support experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Proficiency with email management software
- Proficiency with CRM and project management software like Monday or similar
- Based in Northern Colorado (Full-time, in-person role)
- Ability to perform tasks with a "no task is too small or too big" mentality
- Previous experience in a similar role for a business with annual revenue of at least $1 million or with luxury customers

Vortic Watch Company is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Administrative Assistant. We are a small but rapidly growing company located in Fort Collins, CO, dedicated to providing high-quality products and top-notch customer experiences. As a Customer Experience & Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions and maintaining the efficiency of our internal systems and processes.
As a Customer Experience & Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our brand. You'll interact with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions, providing outstanding support and assistance. Additionally, you will manage our customer relationship platform, address customer inquiries, and streamline our order fulfillment process, with a focus on shipping and receiving. Your responsibilities will also extend to maintaining the organization of our facility, managing inventory, and handling supply orders. You will be a key support resource for our team and contribute to various projects as needed.

- Must be based in Northern Colorado (full-time, in-person role).

- You are an “Apple person”, not a “Microsoft person” (not actually a non-negotiable, but we use Apple devices)
- You will report to, and work closely with, our Director of Operations.
- This is a full-time, salaried role with the possibility of bonuses based on company performance.
- A non-disclosure agreement will be required.
- A criminal background check will be performed before an offer is made to the final candidate.
