Starting salary is typically $60,000 but will depend on experience. 3-5 years of watchmaking experience and a deep understanding of antique American pocket watch movements is preferred but not required. On-the-job training and apprenticeship are required for the first 6 months at a minimum regardless of experience due to Vortic's unique business model.
