Lead Production Support Engineer (TOC)

You will be deeply involved with the reliability, availability, security, quality, and extensibility of our Cloud offering. You must have an extreme ownership mentality. You will work very closely with other Engineering, Product, and Support resources to quickly advance the number and state of our offerings. You will test, monitor, and operate new and existing services.

Job Requirements:

● 2 years experience leading and/or managing engineers or support personnel

● 10 years experience as a support engineering monitoring and managing mission-critical services at scale

● 10 years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Compute Platform (GCP)

● Significant experience with various Cloud-native monitoring, logging, and dashboarding platforms (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, etc)

● Understanding of and ability to work with Hashicorp Terraform or AWS Cloudformation

● Understanding of modern continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) CodeBuild/Codedeploy/Codepipeline, etc) platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab pipelines, AWS

● Significant experience with managing Kubernetes resources

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

● Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment that does also have security and compliance requirements

● Must be available for on-call escalations

This is a position requiring you to work in our office in Hyderabad, India.
